Mohideen Jummah Mosque has been a cornerstone of the local Muslim community since 1995. Located in Mihintale, near Rajarata University, we provide a welcoming home for Muslims seeking spiritual nourishment, community connection, and Islamic education.
We serve hundreds of families from diverse backgrounds, offering daily congregational prayers, Friday Jummah, a weekend Islamic school, Quran classes, and a range of community programs.
We observe the five daily prayers: Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha. Friday Jummah prayer is held weekly. Please contact us or visit for the latest prayer times.
We offer boarding accommodation for boys, conveniently situated near Rajarata University and Mihintale town. The facility provides a safe, faith-based environment for students and travellers.
